Fresh Start Bathroom Transformation

After purchasing their dream home in Seattle’s Sand Point neighborhood in 2018, our clients thoughtfully updated each space to reflect their unique style and needs. The primary bathroom was the final area to be remodeled.

They envisioned a calming retreat that felt bright and spacious; a significant contrast to the previously dark and cramped layout, particularly the shower, which once felt uncomfortably enclosed. Our remodel filled the room with natural light, seamlessly blending modern materials and fixtures with timeless design elements to create the serene, spa-inspired environment they dreamed of. Through thoughtful planning and careful execution, we successfully created the perfect oasis for our clients.

Previously, this bathroom felt dark, cramped, and outdated. To create a calming sanctuary, we removed unnecessary walls and bulky features, opening up the space and allowing natural light to flow freely. A newly added window with frosted, textured glass provides privacy while brightening the room, establishing an inviting atmosphere from the moment you step inside.

We chose a soft, neutral color palette to create a peaceful atmosphere. Pale gray walls, sophisticated metallic accents, and marble textures combine for a classic and timeless aesthetic. Modern towel hooks, polished hardware, and updated lighting fixtures provide refined touches, making the bathroom feel cohesive, calming, and effortlessly stylish.

The redesigned shower is a true showstopper. We replaced the dated tiled enclosure with large-format Bianco Carrara marble slabs featuring bold veining for a luxurious, seamless look. Without grout lines, maintenance is effortless. A rainfall showerhead paired with a versatile handheld shower ensures a relaxing, spa-like experience whether you’re starting your busy day or winding down at night.

Cold bathroom floors are a thing of the past. We installed heated flooring beneath stylish patterned tiles to add warmth and personality without overwhelming the space. This thoughtful upgrade provides comfort year-round, turning daily routines into moments of indulgence and increasing the overall value of the home.
