Our process begins in the comfort of your home. Initially, we'll discuss what you're thinking about: ideas, photos, and suggestions you may have about your home project. It's a chance to learn how we might create something amazing for you. We may talk about the general budget parameters and other project objectives. Discovery is the first step in creating a result that you will love for a lifetime.

Design it
Let's bring your vision to life!

This is where the fun starts. During the Design Phase, We'll create, review plans and renderings, discuss products and materials as we work with you to create a well thought out design of your remodeling project that provides you, the customer, with drawings and 3D renderings that enable you to envision exactly what your new Kitchen/Bathroom will look like. The goal is to ensure a shared vision of your project's end result and a mutual understanding of the path to completion.

Planning, preparation, and peace of mind

We leave no detail to chance. Trust us: As your project moves along, you'll realize the benefits of having one point-of-contact throughout. With the formation and refinement of a thorough, detailed Project Scope, you, the customer, will be able to understand and know everything that you are paying for before you pay for it. All tasks, materials, and trade services will be spelled out, and all ambiguity erased. In your hands will be your Fixed-Priced Build Contract that includes the exact cost and time required to complete the Build Stage of your remodeling project.

The moment you have waited for - paperwork is complete, designs are drawn, and all that's left is to turn it into a reality. Together, we walk through your home project and answer all your questions. Then IHR handles every aspect of your project: scheduling, ordering materials, managing subcontractors, coordinating permits and inspections, and more. The subcontractors that we partner with bring a level of skill and craftsmanship that is simply second to none. And your project manager will keep things on task, on time, and all at a fixed cost so you will have a beautiful, functional new aspect of your home.
